has anyone else interviewed for liver transplant?

I interviewed for that unit as well. The UD said she would let us know the results of her decision after Thanksgiving. As far as I know she will be calling all of us individually to let us know whether or not we get a job offer.

MissE, I feel it went well, she seems like a great superior to work under. The interview was fluid & she asked plenty of questions. She has a great way of just putting you at ease. How did your interview go?

NursejaneRN I was honestly nervous just because I haven't had too much experience with interviews. She did make me feel comfortable and I got a lot of questions (scenario based, why nursing, strength/weakness,etc). She does seem like an awesome UD and potential superior to work under!

Ive been reading all the comments and really haven't heard a lot from L&D candidates..

Has L&D already had their interview date? L & D was my first choice, haven't received a call but remaining positive :) By the way congrats to all who have gotten interviews and good luck to us all! :)

RubyRedRN i interviewed for L&D on Nov 10th which was last thursday. The Manager told me she was going to have another interview day sometime this week. So if you have not received a call yet for your first interview then chances are they might not call, especially since tomorrow is friday and the end of the work week. In addition, i know the manager wanted to have 2nd round interviews sometime early Dec.

Hi All! I received a call earlier this week for my first interview in L&D. Did anyone else get a call? For those who had their interviews already how did it go? Any tips on how to prepare?

Also, I was so excited and nervous when I got the call that I didn't ask how many people they are hiring.Does anyone know?

Hi All,

I just recieved a phone call to set up an interview on the Liver/Transplant ICU. I was at work so I'm going to call her back in the AM. However, do they do phone interviews?I live in Arizona. Also, does anyone know the exact start date? I want to make sure I have enough time go get licensed in CA.
