Hi, everyone! I wanted to start this group for those who will or are still thinking about applying to UCLA's new graduate program!

We can talk about applying, any rumors we've heard or just anything in general.

You have to submit the first half and then you submit your documents then there's a email and you take the personalitly test.

Hi guys! Were your letters of rec on letterhead paper? Also did the people who wrote them send them to you and then you uploaded them? I had one clinical instructor tell me once that they are supposed to be private and she doesn't send them the students.

yeah, my LORs were on letterhead paper. I also had my professors send me an electronic copy and I just uploaded them from my computer. I never heard of them needing to be private tho

a general letter...my professors basically said how they think im a good fit for the program, etc. nothing really specific

When you upload the documents and decide to re-upload a new version do you think it just replaces the old one? If not they're going to see so many different versions of my resume and cover letters lol

Mine were general, but my writers have known me for quite some time so there's a little bit more than the general "They're a good fit because X, Y, and Z."

I was instructed to simply swap the dates and addressee when I submit them to different programs.

I think it says they're holding interviews in November and December, so they will probably begin letting people know a week before Nov and go through Dec.
