UCLA's application for their new grad residency program opened today so I thought I'd make a forum where we could all chat & support each other through the stressful process. Good luck to everyone who applies!

Hello everyone! I interviewed during the first round back in November. I was told at the end of my interview that offers will be made in mid-December through early January. I received a call with an offer last Wednesday, but haven't received an offer email and my status still shows as 'routed to interviewing supervisor'. They did mention that they were very busy and that it could take a few days. I'm sure the system will send out emails once they update the status. Hopefully it will be the offer email for everyone and not a I'm sorry email. Be patient - it's the holiday's and things tend to run slower. Good luck to everyone and Happy Holiday's!

Just called HR. They said offers are being written up daily and they're still waiting on decisions from managers. We should hear back in the next 2 weeks. They are busy and things are being backed up due to the holidays. Hang tight guys!

Thanks for the info! Although, the news isn't so comforting :/. 5-7 weeks to decide between a handful of candidates is a bit absurd.

Trying to stay focused on other things and positive :)...I clearly have some work to do on that lol

Nadaí ½í¸­ They were unclear when they will release that info. So I'm just over hereí ½í¸­ Patiently waiting. Hope we both get good news soon

Just to chime in here.. This year offers were given earlier than expected, as the timeline we were given on paper said offers START happening on 12/19. Also, some managers may be on vacation at this time.

Thanks for the encouragement! I mean, still no rejection letter here so that's not a no. Still holding on. I just hope the offer, if any, comes before cedars starts offering in early January.

Hello everyone! I called the recruitment office today and was told that if my status has not changed we can expect to receive any news up to Jan. 12th because of holidays and managers going on vacation.
