I got your message but I'm sorry I haven't commented enough to reply! Yes - my interviews were with the same people/floors you mentioned. They're both technically med/surg units although RR is higher acuity (really that is the case for every specialty) and focuses more on liver/renal transplants whereas SM also does oncology. Good luck to you!! I know you will do great in whatever position you end up in!

I also applied for 8w! I interviewed December 2 and I haven't heard anything about reference checks or 2nd interviews and I'm still waiting to hear back!

They only told me that I was one of the last few people to be interviewed so they should be making a decision soon. But they didn't specify how soon
