Just curious, how many references do they require?

It is 5 references total

Also, curious but what do the 5 references consist of? Do they require it all be from professors? Previous employers? Personal references? Thank you!

Hi seng0805. Of the 5 references at least 3 need to be previous or current mangers/supervisors.

Do you know if clinical instructors count? What if you don't have 3 current managers or supervisors?

I was told by another new graduate that she has her first interview date for PICU next week. It appears as though they are still conducting first round interviews. I will make sure to post on this page if I hear any updates!

Are you an out of state applicant? I have my interview for Peds on Monday and trying to mentally prepare myself for a possible all day interview process. Congratulations to you as well! That is very exciting!

I interviewed for Psych, but have not had any updates so far. the 3 unit managers just told me that they were not sure if they were going to have second interviews with staff, and that HR would be in contact. Very vague I know. Did you get anymore info from the initial interview? Thanks and good luck!

Thanks for your response and thanks for letting me know that they weren't sure about having second interviews! I totally meant to ask about that but it slipped my mind. I was quite nervous as other units have been having second interviews and I've heard that they've done so for previous cohorts, but it seems like they aren't doing so now. I wasn't able to get anymore info from the interview other than what was on that paper in the folder they gave us :/

Hi everyone! Hope your interviews are going well! I interviewed with the OR this morning and I feel like throwing up lol...good news is that they said we should hear back no later than Dec 12, exactly two weeks!
