UCLA New Grad Program 2010

Has anyone heard anything back from the UCLA New Grad Summer Program for 2010? I applied in the beginning of February and have only had a phone interview so far, with no feedback yet. Any info or others' experience would be much appreciated, thank you!

Did you accept the NICU job? Congrats to you!! :yeah: I have accepted a NICU offer in Houston, Texas, so I will be moving in three weeks. There is a New Grad NICU thread in the NICU specialty forum, if you are interested. :D

I'm interviewing at the Santa Monica location for I think an oncology floor tomorrow. I'm not sure if they've officially started interviewing for non-NICU floors, but I just emailed them saying I'll be in the area so I could interview, and they said okay!

well, i thought that my changes of getting an interview were slim because I specified NICU and it seemed as though the NICU interviews/offers were already done...but I just received a call to come down and interview next week....

I just had a unit director interview and was wondering how long did it take for the unit directors to get back to you ??

I hope it's not gonna take as long like we were waiting for the unit director interview...

I was offered a position at the end of my interview while one of my friends waited 3 weeks before being offered a position. Not only does it vary by department, but it's also variable within the departments, in some cases.

I just interviewed on the oncology floor at SMH yesterday, and the unit manager called me minutes after I'd left the building to offer me the position. Weird thing is, I asked before leaving how long it would take for them to reach a decision and they said they're still interviewing and they'd let me know in a few weeks. So I guess if depends...
