Anybody waiting to hear news on MSN/FNP/APN admission for Fall 2012? I applied to the MSN-Nursing Admin program and I can't wait till the end of this month to hear the news!!! Gahhhh!!!!:uhoh21:
I just got my letter in the mail yesterday. I too am on the waitlist for the acute care program. Does anyone know how many people were accepted into this program? Does anyone know how many people are on the waitlist and how many people from the waitlist normally get accepted? I'm # 12 and was trying to figure out what my chances are for acceptance.
I got my acceptance letter to UCLA FNP Fall 2012 program in the mail today. I am deliriously happy. There's hope for new nurses out there looking to go straight back to school-I am just shy of a year experience this month. Hope you all hear something soon!!
Best of wishes to you and I'll keep following the feed to hear what happens with the rest of us!
I found out a few stats on the apn program
1.) 24 people will be accepted into the program
2.) there are 15 alternates
3.) those who got a letter of acceptance have until the ninth to report for admission.
4.) alternates will be notified by snail mail and email if there condition becomes an offer.
Being an alternate is bitter sweet. I feel so lucky to still have opportunity for admission but the wait is dreadful. Goodluck everyone
I got my acceptance letter to ucla's fnp for fall 2012 and I am just wondering if anyone applied to cal state la program? i am still waiting on csula to letter but still unsure of which one to pick if i get accepted to both. if ucla was not so expensive i would not think twice. any suggestions?
I also applied to CSULA and have not heard from them yet. UCLA is my first choice and so I've already accepted the offer there. It's a matter of preference. Both schools are very expensive. I figure if I'm going to be taking out loans, I'm going to go to my school of choice and do it. Just my opinion. :)
