UCLA MECN 2021

Hi everyone!

I am planning on applying to UCLA's MECN program for 2021 and since I did not see a thread here yet I wanted to get one going for us to share questions and concerns. Good luck to everyone!

Mine has had my UID listed since I submitted my application, but I am a former UCLA graduate. All of these posts are really kicking up my anxiety levels, but I'm glad that it seems like we're all on the same boat haha

I have one too but idr if it was always there. I feel like it was LOL I applied to undergrad in 2012 but IDK if that's why I have it? I made an account but when I checked the relationship to the university it said no relationship. So it could just be something that they do for everyone who applies or maybe its just not updated yet?

I wish they would’ve just given an exact date admissions are going to be released so we all wouldn’t be anxious.

I have an UID too but because I work there so I don’t know if it is any actual indication of acceptance or not. LOL. I am crossing fingers for everyone who has a UID now and previously didn’t. Maybe this is good news?! ??

I appreciate all the added comments it helps for me.  I have found that page as well and feel pretty good. Did anyone check the registration date for Summer 2021 Epi course Feb 15 I think.

OMG good point! I have to check that. Where do y’all plan on taking EPI if you get in?

I heard it's muuuuch cheaper to take it with UC Berkeley Extension so if I got accepted or waitlisted, I'd take it there. I think it's also self-paced?
