Hey there, I am planning on applying to the UCLA MECN 2016 program and was wondering if anyone else out there was applying as well. Just curious about other applicants and hoping to go through this application process with some other people! Would love any feedback. Thanks :)
This has been such a great thread.
Aside from FASFA, is there any other additional financial aid applications that need to be turned in? I found that finding scholarships to fund undergraduate studies was relatively easy, but finding additional funding sources for the nursing program seems to be harder. Any advice?
3 weeks till the end of undergrad!! wow, congrats!! I graduated long time back and I kid you not still have the nostalgia for the good old days :) I am taking epi through U.C. Berkeley extension online. what did you major in?
Hey calbear916! How is tht epi class so far? I've never taken a course through the extension and I have no idea what to expect but I plan to take ept through U.C. Berkeley as well.
So I signed up for the class literally a few days ago. I haven't started it yet because I am waiting for my textbook. I will let you know in a week once I have started with the class how it is. One thing is you will have to arrange for a proctor to administer the final. You will get all that information when you sign up for the class. Basically you have between 60 to 180 days to finish the class. I want to be done in the minimum time span of 60 days so we shall see...

Yeah! Gym is ~10 minutes too from the school of nursing. Everything is between ~10-15 min walk. Westwood too (our little college city). and haha, it's the opposite here, all the way south side. There is also a graduate recreation center but I'm not sure where that is, I think it's in Westwood close to Wilshire I believe... it's brand new or it hasn't opened yet, idk which lol.
Ah, I better enjoy my time off then. I'm done in 3 weeks with undergrad
Well, but then I have epi class so nvm -.- lol
