U.S.A. Florida

Hey everyone, I just received an email congratulating me on being conditionally accepted. Idk how to feel about it :/ What does this exactly mean? Has anyone else gotten the"conditional" acceptance or just accepted??? Thank you to all and good luck.

Hey! I also got "conditional" acceptance for UCF/VCC. I don't know what it means. It's stressful to know that we have to accept it by April 8 considering they weren't my first choice. Have you found out any other information?

I went ahead and handed the email notification signed. But I don't understand too well what the conditional aspect meant :/ I know my gpa is not the highest...maybe it has to do with that. I applied to the accelerated program at ucf and was denied :( so this acceptance is somewhat exciting.

Usually conditionally accepted means that you are accepted as long as you meet all the requirements. (pre reqs done, immunizations, passing background checks and drug screens if your school requires them)

I got accepted too! Did they give you any other information when you handed the notification in? Also, do we have to hand it in to UCF or can we hand it in to Valencia?

I went ahead and handed it to the college of nursing at ucf. They told me that I will be receiving instructions on what to do shortly but it will be emailed to me. I gave the signed printed email on friday, so hopefully I get something soon! Hopefully we can start together and create a study group as of now. Does anyone know how the schedule is going to be like? Thanks

When I went to the information session, the girls that are in the concurrent program this year said they have Valencia classes 4 days a week, and take their class for UCF 1 day a week. So this is going to be intense. But I am ready to finally start! Is anyone else going to be working while they are going to school? I have to work part time at least and Im not to sure how thats going to work out. Also what campus are you going to attend? Im going to Osceola first, because I live closer, and I heard the class size is smaller.

I believe the west campus is the closest to me. I live behind ucf. Oh my!!! I need to start getting things prepared as of now. I'm so eager to start already. I wonder if its days or night classes and if you even have the option. I need to have a part time job :/

I didn't know we could choose which VCC campus. I live closer to the Osceola one too. Maybe I'll see you there! :)

Hello Everyone! I was accepted into the Fall 2011 UCF/VCC Concurrent Program!! My original start date was Spring '12 but now I get to start a semester early!! I'm glad to see other people will be working as well as going to school. But if we stick together, we can do it! I'm excited to hear when orientation is!
