UCF Traditional and Accelerated BSN-2014

Hello!

The application window starts January 1st, which is a couple weeks away from now. I am excited to apply though and see what happens. Who else is planning to apply here?

I am planning on applying to both the accelerated and traditional pathways.

I just got an email also. What a surprise! I too was accepted... but will give up my spot because I'll be going to USF accelerated program. Good luck everyone!

Does anyone know when classes start? I've looked all over the website and it doesn't say in the e-mail. I know they'll let us know once we accept but I have to quit my job once the program starts.

Classes begin on Monday, May 12th. UCF have already posted class schedule so you can look up your first semester classes (from curriculum). When I checked there are two classes (lectures) scheduled for Mondays. The last day of classes is August 1st. Good luck in the program.

Congrats., everyone. I just got my acceptance email to the ABSN program at UCF! UCF was my 1st choice, I'll be going there and turning the others down. If anyone is curious, here are my stats.: 3.5 GPA overall, 4.0 in nursing and science prereqs., 97 on the TEAS. I have degrees beyond BA in another subject, as well; I'm not sure if that mattered to them.

I'm going to UCF orientation on Friday. I would love to connect with with any of you that'll be there at the same time.

For those who have been accepted by UCF but decided to go elsewhere, did you reply to the email to let them know? I don't want keep the spot knowing that there may be people who have been waitlisted.

I got into the ABSN program!!!! Anyone else start crying or was that just me?!

Flcollegestudent I will be at orientation on Friday, too. My e-mail is [email protected] if you want to message me your number so we could all meet before the program.
