UCF SUMMER 2015 Accelerated Nursing Program

Hey guys!

I just applied for the summer 2015 accelerated nursing program at UCF.

I wanted to create this thread so people can see the application pool stats and just have somewhere to talk and vent during the "waiting game."

As for me...I'm a little on the low side sadly...

TEAS- 87.3%

Overall GPA: 3.467

Pre-req GPA: 3.65

I was wondering the same thing!!! I was thinking if we don't hear anything this Friday then it will most likely be on the 20th. Just my guess though. Either way we are less than 2 weeks away!!!

That's what I think, as well, but I have still been checking my email like crazy, haha. Well, at least once a day.

Do you know if by email is how we are told? Or is it by mail I forget

Me too!!! I don't know about you but I've probably gotten 20 emails from UCF about registering for orientation and I get my hopes up every time that they sent out decisions. It's torture!

@bmoreucf I believe it is by e-mail and not snail mail

Maybe we will find out tomorrow? If not, only one more week to go! I am surprised that this thread is not as busy as some of the other schools. I find it strange since UCF is such a big university that more people haven't posted. Anyways, good luck to everyone!

I have a 3.48 overall, 3.8 in the prereqs and I got an 85 on the teas. I started out not knowing what I wanted to do and wasn't totally focused on school my first two years so I messed my gpa up. It's been a long hard road and I'm hoping my hard work has paid off and I get accepted! :) I graduated from UF in December and I already miss being in school lol

I did the same thing with my first degree. Not really knowing what my passion was so it was hard to truly focus. I have somewhat similar stats. Everything happens for a reason I'm trying to remind myself haha.

Same here! I really hope they don't make us wait until the 20th. I wonder how many seats they have open for this one compared to the basic
