  1. Thank you so much. That is around the amount I am looking for. I'll fill out my application for it today.
  2. I think you mean the second degree academic plan form for financial aid. Jessica Simmons sent it to us in an email titled "Second Degree BSN-Financing Your Degree" about Financial Aid. It's in the last bullet point under "Do you need to take out a loan?" You can also find it on the UCF financial aid website in the forms link. :) Is anyone else looking for an independent healthcare plan? I'm quitting my full time job, so I won't have insurance anymore. All the plans I have looked at are $300-400 a month premiums. Looking for something a little cheaper with a low deductible.
  3. Very well said! :) We have a lot of hard work coming up this year, but it will be a little easier if we all support each other. Looking forward to meeting everyone! I would love to join a get together. I joined the fb group. Feel free to add me as a friend as well (Sarah McAtee).
  4. Thanks. I didn't know about the form. I am getting on the ball with financial aid this coming week. Also, the nursing advisor at the general transfer orientation said an email will go out before the nursing orientation telling us what exact sections of the classes for summer session we need to enroll in.
  5. I think it's a requirement if you are a new UCF transfer student. I found it under admissions process link for second degree towards the bottom on the CoN website. I did get a call from the nursing advisor, however, that I would be done early. She said we are going to register for classes at the nursing orientation. I registered early for the general transfer because I didn't know how fast orientation spots would go. I know there are not too many general orientation dates between now and when we start classes. I think there are only three before summer session.
  6. Is anyone going to the general UCF orientation on 3/20? I have to go because I am a new UCF student. I was wondering if anyone from here is going to be there. I'm going to feel really out of place next to these 17-18 yr old kids. haha
  7. I'm accepted! Can't wait to meet you guys! I'm very excited! :)
  8. Nice to meet you! :) Yeah, I think they sent that email to all who were eligible and being considered. I guess they didn't want to tell us on Fri the 13th, haha.
  9. That was me to a tee. I'm trying not to over analyze/compare stats on here and trying not to be too hard on myself. It's hard not to when I don't know for sure where I stand until I get that email. I do know, however, that I am a hard worker. If I continue to work hard, something will eventually work out. :)
  10. Maybe we will find out tomorrow? If not, only one more week to go! I am surprised that this thread is not as busy as some of the other schools. I find it strange since UCF is such a big university that more people haven't posted. Anyways, good luck to everyone!
  11. That's what I think, as well, but I have still been checking my email like crazy, haha. Well, at least once a day.
  12. I just got the email as well. Good to know we will at least know by then.
  13. Hopefully, we will find out soon. I try to check my Knights email only once a day, haha.
  14. Me too!!!! Best of luck to you as well! Hope we find out soon!
  15. I'm living in a single, but I'm pretty independent. I live by mall of millenia area. I really hope I get in. I am getting antsy and trying not to worry about it. I'm just so ready to start. I'll be bummed if I have to figure something else out/apply to other schools/programs. I don't want to move. I really love my apartment, and I really want to go to UCF, but I want to be a nurse even more.
