  1. Ah, okay. Best of luck on your interview!
  2. bwatson430 - Congrats on getting the interview! Is this for the Denver location? I applied to both Denver and Colorado Springs (CS). Heard from Denver but never from CS. Didn't get the interview for Denver and wondering if CS is still ongoing or they've just put me in Denver and took me off CS.
  3. I know it and I feel like we won't have much time to get everything in. Talk about a mad dash to the finish line.
  4. Hi, Stephanie, and congratulations! I haven't signed up because I'm kind of afraid to sign up for the wrong thing since they haven't send any "official" information. Are you planning on taking it through UCF?
  5. Glad someone started this thread specifically for this track. I came here wondering about the email as well. Exciting and nerve-wrecking at the same time!
  6. The emails went out today! I got in! Hope everyone got the good news as well!
  7. Lol, I knew it was a typo. I even double-checked the email make sure it was the 20th. On the other hand, does anyone know of an health insurance company that college-student-budget-friendly?
  8. At this point, I doubt it. I was hoping this past Friday they would surprise but nope.
  9. I'm hoping next week for accelerated - I'm so over this waiting game. Best of luck to everyone!
  10. I'm a late arrival on this thread here, but I'm considering applying for ADN at IRSC for Fall, but I'm not sure I can even make it because I'm just now looking into it. NLN exam...oh god, no, I already took TEAS for another program and that kicked my butt in all kinds of places. Anyway, anyone know the cost for taking the NLN? Thanks!
  11. Glad to see more people have joined this thread! For those who are applying for Traditional/Basic and the Concurrent track - please, know that for the background check, I was told that you will have to pay for it twice. Basically, for Traditional and Basic, they use the same check so you don't' have to pay again, but if you then apply for the Concurrent, you will need to pay again. I was kinda bummed about that because the check ain't cheap. So, here's to hoping that some of us get into the ones we want.
  12. Just needed to know my cumulative GPA and know the prefixes and name of the nursing prereq courses and when I took them. If you have already have a bachelor's, you can always go to here: https://www.flvc.org/my-records and click on "Unofficial Transcript" on the left side. This will pull up your transcript without having you to order it for yourself. It seems that when I looked at my unofficial transcript, it added up the GPA from my bachelor's plus the courses I took this past year. Because the GPA is different than what I have on my official one (on paper).
  13. Welcome, jdp! Sorry, didn't mean to leave you out, but I was a bit distracted in the last few days with the New Year and all that jazz. It's worth applying, never know how the applicant pool is like, just as you said. I've just submitted my application...oh, boy! Now, I have to complete the whole finger-printing and background check process - they really thorough with their selections, lol.
  14. Okay, I'll look into it. Thanks, Pudding!
