so i dunno what happened to all the comments after dec 14th but, i'm guessing that those that received emails for med/surg ICU have already been contacted for interviews?

I haven't received a call for the position, but I saw someone post on Facebook that they did the interviews on the 28th...

It seems like most of the PICU positions were filled and very competitive. A few of my friends have received their rejection letters in the mail from last week. One said that if you got an offer, it was by phone call. Hope someone here got a PICU spot!

Hello out there to all of you who interviewed for the MSICU position at UCD. If you hear back from someone about getting the job will you post so the rest of us know? If I hear anything, I will do the same as I interviewed as well. Waiting to hear back from the unit is almost as agonizing as the interview itsself. Good luck to all; I hear we all brought some excellent qualifications to the table; I just wish there was a position for all of us! :-)

Hoping UCD puts me outta my misery soon...no letter, no phone call yet! I need to know if I need to scramble to take NCLEX before start date or if I can pace myself....

I interviewed for adult BMT/Onc unit and I saw someone got a call already...is this true?

Just called HR at UCD. They selected the person for MSICU already and notified them. Congrats for that person but bummer for the rest of us!

Applying for this next round as I am finishing up my last semester of school.

Can anyone who interviewed for these positions offer any advice for someone who has never interviewed for a nursing position before?

What type of questions do they ask?
