UC Davis 2012

hello fellow new grads,

just wondering if anyone has heard anything from UC Davis for the new grad program starting in 2012!

If you got hired, please PM me!

I have a quick question. I'm applying for the program that starts in June 2012. What are they looking for in the cover letter? Or is there a link that shows what they want?

Is anyone who is applying for the June Cohort graduating their BSN May? I asked UCD if this was plausible to be licensed by the start date and they said yes. The dates my school gave me for the NCLEX are not lining up with that. Wondering how this works?

I didn't make the final cut for the January group, so am reapplying this week.

Has anyone heard if it's a good or bad idea to say in the cover letter that I'm applying again? On one hand it could show I'm determined and really interested in this program, or could it be a liability to admit I didn't make it the first time around?

Are there any seasoned nurses reading this with advice for us new grads?

Thanks!

Has anyone heard anything regarding the June 2012 cohort??

Oops, I somehow mixed this up with the October 2012. I'm seriously mixing up my dates here!

Is anyone else getting the "070 offer" under theri requisition status? Does anyone know what this code means?? Hopefully it's something good!!!!!!

for davis the status just tells what phase of the hiring process they're in. so, unfortunately, i think everyone's application says "offer." but it's weird because i didn't even see it get switched to "interview"

Thanks starghadeer, but what does it mean? What process are they in, still just a general review stage?

i wish i knew too! i really don't know since i hadn't seen that status before. last time it when from "interview" after "applied."

argg!! Thanks anyway! maybe I will give HR a call tmrw for some clarification. Good luck!
