Hi everyone!

Wanted to start a post so we can stay connected through the process! Application opens October 26, 2020 – November 2, 2020 for starts dates February 22, 2021 – April 19, 2021. Any one else applying?

Has anyone heard anything from UCD yet?  What unit were you hoping to be placed at? 
I’m hoping for NICU.

no...mine still says “under review” but im hoping for something in critical care, specifically PICU or peds ? ??

No, nothing! I am so eager to hear any kind of news.  I wish there was a way to know any updates.

Mine changed to "Routed for Further Consideration" at some point in the last few days.

Mine also changed to "Routed for Further Consideration" ! I asked for the NICU. Hoping this means good news in the near future since it sounds like they reach out early January.

Did any of you apply/get hired in a unit that you didn’t precept in? I’m nervous my precepting will be affected by COVID but trying to stay positive ☺️
