Hello everyone! I thought I would start a thread for those of us applying so we can keep each other updated with interview calls, job offers, etc.

Thank you for making this thread! Does anyone know when they usually start calling for interviews?

I applied for this new grad residency, thank you for making the thread. Does anyone have any insight into the selection process? When we applied we didn't have to pick a preferred specialty and I was wondering if anyone knew more about that
Based off previous threads, it seems like they go based off your preceptorship. Doesn't necessarily mean you'll only be chosen for the unit you worked on but it would be unlikely for you to get a ICU interview if your preceptorship was on an L&D floor.

Hi all!!! I submitted an application the moment they opened it on Nov. 18th. I have not heard anything. I am graduating from a BSN program in South FL so I am not too sure how their process works. I have already been offered a RN residency position at Emory in Atlanta starting in March, but I am holding out for this one. Please keep me posted if anyone hears anything :)

Spoke to the recruiter a week ago, he said it's too early to know which departments have openings, but considering our application was for January and April, we should hear something back soon since January is only a few weeks away now.
Application statuses have changed to "routed" (a generic status) so hopefully that means we will hear something soon :)

I guess that is a pretty good sign if it says "050_Route"

Does anyone know if people get hired without having a senior preceptorship? My program did not have one...definitely a bummer since it is much more of a focus for new grad programs in the Bay Area compared to SoCal where I went to school. It never said it was required but obviously it was heavily stressed to include your senior preceptorship on the resume. TIA!
