Did anyone else here apply to UC Davis' New Grad Residency? If so, let's keep each other updated on this thread. Good luck everyone!!!

I had a phone interview Dec 23. It felt like I was taking an exam. When I mentioned to the manager I had other offers, they simply said, "You should take them." Ouch.

wow that's really messed up that they said that! I applied and have not heard one thing. I also did not graduate from California and have Hawaii license still ( they have not responded with transfer of license either!)

has anyone heard of anyone getting interviewed from departments other than the OR?

I was interviewed on Jan 8 for oncology/bone marrow transplant and had a reference request a week later, but I haven't heard anything else so far. When I emailed the nurse recruiter to update them on my status he responded with the info that decisions should be made in the next few weeks for the March cohort.

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know that I was called back and offered a position with onc/bmt, but I have no info about whether they are still interviewing/hiring so I'm sorry I can't help with info along those lines. Good luck to everyone still in the running.

I have an interview for the Cardiothoracic PCU unit. Anyone that interviewed for this unit or a similar unit have any insight? This is my first interview of this magnitude and any assistance would be very much appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
