UBC nursing application 2011

I'm new to the site and I saw the thread for last years appilcants to UBC nursing so I thought I would start one for this year.

How is the application going for everyone, any tips from 2010 intake?

Was anyone else eagerly anticipating today as being the day we would finally hear back about our applications? krasmussen27's Good Friday/Easter Monday comment definitely heightened my excitement for today...

We'll wait and see. Would be nice to hear today :-) even if news are not so good. Chances however, that most of us will be getting happy news :)

Arghhh I was hoping to hear today as well. The wait is always such a killer...sigh plus I still have exams, one in 3 hours that I should be studying for...anyhoo good luck everyone!!

They started sending out offers, I got the email for acceptance. Good luck to the rest!

Hello all,

I just got an acceptance offer by email. I am so happy! :)

I know everyone monitors the details to figure out when they will be contacted so here is my experience:

Interviewed 4/12, morning session

Acceptance email received 4/26 at 1:15pm

I wish everyone well on their applications and look forward to meeting you all in August.

I just got mine too!!!

interviewed april 15, afternoon session and I just heard! so pumped! and I wish everyone who is still waiting the best of luck!!!!

Caduceus73, do you think we can respond to the offer by email, or does it have to be mailed?

Ahhhhh! Way to go nomnom and caduceus!! Now I'm getting super excited/nervous.. Can't wait to hear the results for the rest of us!
