UBC BSN September 2017

Hi Everyone!

I've been searching for a thread for applicants to UBC's BScN program for September 2017, but I haven't found one. Please feel free to point me in the direction of an existing thread, or add to this one! I'm applying to UBC, U of T, and UWO for September, but UBC is definitely my first choice. Looking forward to hearing from everyone!

I'm a little jealous that other schools update students online application when their CASPer is received! I know the FAQ fro UBC says we will know by end of April, but I'm hopeful that @future.RN. is right and we hear back ASAP!

Hey! Just thought I'd say hi, I've been following for a while. Im an HK grad and from the greater Vancouver area but hoping to move closer if I get in :). Seems like there is a great variety of backgrounds, sounds like a really fun cohort! Good luck to everyone and can't wait for the end of April :)

I'm currently in morocco haha trying to enjoy traveling while also getting anxious about school. It's kind of nice not having Internet access all day though.

Well damn.. that's a pretty sweet deal you got there. I'd throw my phone away :)). I guess maybe I shouldn't pay my phone bill for a little while there! Or I could take up a hobby or something. T-1 month till I go back to being a functional human

I am in school currently so that definitely helps a bit, but I still can't help but feel antsy! My two best friends just heard back from UBC about interviews for their pharmacy program so I cannot wait to get some good news myself, and for all of us! or at least some news haha :)

I'm still working on Biology 235 through Athabasca, so that's taking up quite a bit of my time. With that being said, I'm on the computer all day which allows me to obsessively check my emails for anything from UBC haha. I also applied to UofT and I think they begin handing out acceptances next week, so hopefully I hear back from them soon too.

@Mdana93 I also hate the radio silence! I am with you I go through days where I am confident I'll get in and other days Where I am confident I didn't get in. I am currently in school as my degree was considered applied, I changed my major and have nine weeks left till I am done. So school helps! lol.And I have been dragging the hubs out for looong walks with me.

school is definitely a good distraction! I am in school right now too so I feel you! Yikes, I am glad your friends heard back from the pharm program! hoping they had great news! Hmm, maybe we will hear sooner than later. Fingers crossed for everyone! whether or not we get in it would be lovely to meet all you lovely people!

I will agree, being in school right now is helping! Hard to focus on upcoming finals when you know UBC will be sending out acceptance/rejection letters soon! Not sure if it's too early to start frantically checking emails as of next week...
