UBC BSN September 2017

Hi Everyone!

I've been searching for a thread for applicants to UBC's BScN program for September 2017, but I haven't found one. Please feel free to point me in the direction of an existing thread, or add to this one! I'm applying to UBC, U of T, and UWO for September, but UBC is definitely my first choice. Looking forward to hearing from everyone!

Can any of you in Term One who started in Sep 2017 comment a bit on the schedules? Are you on campus 9-4 on Mondays & Thursdays as the schedule says? And are the lab days full days or part days?

Is any of the academic work done online from home or is it all in class?

And the clinicals are listed 4 days a week?! Is that just to indicate possible days and you do 2 clinicals a week out of those 4 or are you doing 4/week?

hello everyone!!

I've completed my second year in the united states in a nursing school and am currently taking a break in school to apply to UBC and other schools' nursing programs :)

I was wondering if UBC prefers us to already have a bachelor's degree or pursuing a different major while studying in university.
