Anybody else applying or have already applied for the BSN program at UAMS this upcoming summer? Thought I'd start a thread for us to wait it out together and pass on any info!

What questions should I be prepared for for the interview?

We have pretty much the same stats. I got a 70.7 on teas and have a 3.45 on the required pre reqs. Hopefully we both make it! I was told the interview was more for a tie breaker type deal. Not weighted as heavy as the teas and gpa. Hmmmm. Did they tell you when acceptance letters were going out?

I have a few friends that have been getting interviews anyone else been contacted?

I had mine last month. Has anyone heard about acceptance letters? I'm kinda worried I haven't gotten one yet so long after my interview.

Yes, my interview in next Thursday! I have a few friends that have had their interviews, but havent received letters.I dont believe letters go out until everyones interviewed and next week is the last week for interviews they told me!

Oh good! I've been freaking out thinking I didn't get in. The last few years they sent the first wave of acceptances out in February!

Good luck to you all. I don't think I will make cuts this year sad to say but everything is in God's timing!

I think it is because of the weather! I just hope if they make me go through this interview process and it goes well they accept me!! i don't wanna go through all this for nothing haha

No I didn't. I took the TEAS the first time in December & didn't score well so I retook last week on the 1st due to the weather & scored low on that as well. I think my nerves just got the best of me, but whatever happens, happens. I did apply to UALR as a backup though.

Well they got back to me late because I took the test on the 2nd to last testing date. I spoke with (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) yesterday and they are still going through files so there is still hope!!! Also I applied to UALR as well, and in all honesty they have a very good program as well. Everything will work out how it is supposed to!!
