UAB Summer 2014

I've been lurking here, looking to see if anyone would be starting a thread on the UAB MSN cohort for Summer 2014. Nobody has yet, so I'm doing it!

Application deadline is October 28th! Is anyone else applying to start next summer? I've applied to the WHNP program, and have gnawed my fingernails down to nubs over it.

I don't know how to check or I would! Teach me!

Here's the instructions I've used to check, and they're the same directions UAB IT told me to use to check. Make sure you use dashes in your SSN!

Nope. I check it obsessively too! No Blazernet Account for me...

Nothing here either. I tried Blazernet.Nothing. I am sure it is still early, but I am glad it is the beginning of December. Will keep you all posted!

Hey everyone! I applied to UAB Acute/Gero to start in the summer of 2014. Ive been sort of following this thread on and off and I finally broke down and made an AllNurses account so I could comment. This wait has killed me! I really hope we hear something this week! My stomach dropped when they told us we wouldn't hear until "early December." I hope we all get in!

Ummmm....so, I was just able to create a BlazerNET ID. I can't log into the system yet (IT says I will be able to tomorrow, although they can't tell me anything about my profile).

Now I'm trying to talk myself out of being excited. Would they allow me to register an ID for any reason if I haven't been admitted?

It let me register too!!!!!!! It hasn't before! I can't see anything though bc it won't let me log in. When I check to see if I have a blazernet account from the one I created I do! It populated my name etc. problem is, it had me as a transfer student?!?! I am tempted to call IT. I don't want to get too excited either!!!
