Hi!
I'm so excited. I just found out that I got selected to interview for U of A's ASBSN program! :w00t:
In the email it said to bring my top three choices for healthcare sponsors. I'm not familiar with Tucson, so I'm wondering, what would be good choices?
TIA
If you go to the parking website there is in fact a place to register with your student ID. I called parking services and they said I was all set after I did that. :)
Hello,
I just called U of A parking today and the parking permits that went on sale on April 15 were for FALL. They went ahead and took my info over the phone and I put my requests in for the fall. (Zone 1 is already sold out.) After May 15, I can check online to see what I got and they mail a bill in July for it. As for summer parking, those don't go on sale until May 14th. The guy told me to come to parking services (they are located behind the 6th Street Garage) and bring my photo ID and vehicle registration and I can get a summer pass then. Unfortunately I'm out of town then so will have to wait until I get back.
Anyways, I would recommend you at least call parking now to get your requests in for fall.
First of all, congrats to all of you that got in to UA! I'm currently in the program right now and we are just finishing up our level 3 clinicals. If any of you have questions, feel free to contact me. I know I had tons of questions and some of them still aren't answered yet. One bit of advice, be flexible. They are horribly unorganized and they change things with each class, even up to the day before class and clinical, it drives us nuts!
good luck!
So when is everybody getting out to Tucson? I am leaving Oklahoma on the 18th and should be there on the 20th.
Also, anybody know if the $1500 stipend is a one time thing? Because all of the required books plus clothes and everything is going to be close to if not more than $1000 - and I know we will probably be needing more books.
