Hi!
I'm so excited. I just found out that I got selected to interview for U of A's ASBSN program! :w00t:
In the email it said to bring my top three choices for healthcare sponsors. I'm not familiar with Tucson, so I'm wondering, what would be good choices?
TIA
I talked to the Office of Student Affairs today - they said that they will be sending us more info about enrollment and how to get a net ID at a later date so not to worry about it yet.
I see we need a net ID to get a parking permit, which go on sale tomorrow. Do you think it will be difficult to get a permit at a later date? I was hoping to get it tomorrow.
I don't know what to say about the parking situation since we wont have a net ID until later - I don't see anyway to resolve the registration holds (like attending an orientation and the health thingy), especially by tomorrow morning. Plus, we wouldn't have the info on enrolling from the nursing school anyway. Hopefully they get back to us soon.
Also, for anybody being sponsored by Carondelet - do you know to what address you send your contract? I tried contacting the two people listed in the Carondelet welcome letter but I couldn't get either of them. Just wanted to see if anybody knew the answer before I start calling again. There was an address in the letter (2202 N. Forbes Blvd) but I'm not sure if this will work. Plus, the letter kind of makes it sound like it should be hand delievered (which would be impossible for me).

The Career link has a contact list for Carondelet.

Well, let's hope getting parking for the summer won't be as bad. I know it's tough during the regular school year but it should be lighter in the summer. I am also waiting to hear from Carondelet about an address. I'll let you know if I hear anything back.
Sorry I didn't post this sooner:
"if you don't have your UA Net id and password yet, you should be able to use your student id and pin# to registered for 08-09 permit year that begins Aug 11, 2008. "
I called about getting the registration hold released as well... it seems we are going to get more in the mail and soon after that all will make sense...
:)

I say that the first person who gets a permit is the honorary school bus driver for the rest of us.I was able to register with parking services using my student ID, but I need to call about getting a permit on Monday.
Great idea!
Especially as it sounds like you are going to succeed first! :bowingpur

I hope that we do not actually have to go to an orientation (besides the nursing school one) before we can register because I can't go back to Tucson until the middle of may. The one up side I can see is that its not like if we don't register for classes early we wont get them, since I think it is only ABSN students in those summer classes.
