Never heard of them, and more to the point, never been asked for it or them as the case may be. Don't worry about them.

A month of cardiology is not training in my mind. You are not credentialed nor licensed nor held to the standard of an employee but rather that of a student. However I would include it on your resume to show initiative and interest.

We were required to do typhon logs for school but I did not use them when searching for my job. On my resume I listed my clinical rotations with the number of hours for each rotation. I did almost 300 of my 800 hours in cardiology but I don't think that "wowed" anyone since a lot of students do clinical time in various specialties

I printed mine and handed them out at interviews because mine demonstrated an outstanding breadth of student learning experiences, and I wanted potential employers to consider that I had at least been exposed to A through Z, though I was obviously a novice. Better to hire someone that had done sutures a mere dozen times than one who had never done any! It says, hey, at least I can get started myself and in all likelihood do a reasonable job without hand holding. If nothing else, I know how to help you finish it if I screw it up.
No one asked me for them, but everyone appreciated being able to see them.
