Just put xxx.xxx.xxxx Make sure the x are real number, but that is the amount of digits you need.

If it ask you for Driver License number in Texas, but 99999999 and when it ask for license type put "other", if you don't have one

I had a US fone number, But I just filled out form today for the fingerprints and had to call them 'Morphus' and that is where I got the info for the Driver License

Yes, I have already done that. Was able to email one of the customer reps of TX BON and his reply was the same as yours. I am already in the online part, my problem is that I can't get through because the phone number part says it follows a specific format like ###-###-#### or (###) ###-####. I tried to enter my phone number in the Philippines following the format but I still get an error message. By the way, I'm still not in the US, so I'm processing the Fast Pass Fingerprinting as an applicant residing outside of TX.

Just put in 972.616.1234 in USA this is our number format

I was able to get through the phone number problem. The thing is when I was about to pay using my credit card, it says fail. The website didn't even ask for my credit card. How did you pay yours? Did you pay it through money order by sending it together with the card to Morpho Trust? Thanks again!

I had similar problems, however when I rang them they helped me get it done over the phone with morphotrust

My girl is in USA now, We paid at fingerprint center in my city, the accept checks or money orders only.

If you have any questions as stated by others call Morphotrust directly, they answer the phone very quickly.

Guys can you help me? Im trying to get a fingerprint card in the Texas BOn site but Im receiving errors Im from outside USA as well.
