To get the fingerprint card just email texas bon. Their form for requesting the fingerprint card doesnt allow for addresses outside the us. But if you email them requesting for one they'll send one out to you. Just make sure to include yoyr address.

hi heparinlock, do you have the email of identogo? I am currently in the process of fingerprint registration and there were details in the form I'm hesitant to fill out just like the address, zip code, and license number. I'm out of the US so I'm not so certain on the information I'll provide. Can you pls send me the email you used to contact identogo? thank you very much. My email is [email protected]. how did you pay for your fpc? did you just send a bank draft together with your card?

Hi.

can someone help me. Im stuck at identogo website on the address area, im here in the philippines and requires state and zip code. I managed to get through the details part, but im just anxious because it says there my ORI number and reason fingerprint card is not the same with the ones given to me... And the address is cagayan de oro city texas other philippines,. Is that okay!? Or i need to call morphotrust about this?

HI! I have the same problem with the fingerprint card, I do not know how I am able to request for the card. I am here in the philippines. I tried the option APPLICANT RESIDING OUTSIDE TEXAS/ APPLICANTS WITHOUT SSN, still i cant find how to obtain a fingerprint card. Thanks for all ur help in advance.

@kimmy0625 send an e-mail requesting for fingerprint card to BON. Their e-mail address in [email protected] I got my fingerprint card after almost a month.
