Is anyone out there applying to TWU for the Spring of 2010? Just thought that I would start a group for all of us hopefuls so we could share information and have a way to communicate with each other.
Have you taken your HESI A2 yet? Have you taken all of your pre-reqs? If not, what do you have left to take?
I have taken all of my pre-reqs, and I just took my HESI yesterday. I didn't think it was bad at all, but I prepared for it for about 3 weeks.
If you haven't noticed, TWU has made some slight changes that I think some people will not be happy with. They are taking into consideration the first grade made at pre-req attempts for several of the classes like A&P, micro, and another class. What do you think of this? I wonder how it will change the applicants chances of getting in?
students who live close to denton might get tomorrow.But I think in Houston we will get next week.
i live in college station and go to a&m, my parents live in the dallas/fort worth area (not denton but denton county) and when my mom sends mail or packages i get it the next day....so those of us futher south and in houston could potentially get it tomorrow as well! as long as they send them before the last mail pick up that is!
I am also a hopeful for spring admission into TWU- the Houston campus. I have been following along your thread for the past week and decided to join! I have seen that they mailed out the letters today (im getting nervous!!!) Does anyone know if they update your admissions status on your pioneer portal account?!? I have looked but found nothing...
I just checked my status it is same as it was before.Perhaps they will change this after students correspondence.Let us know when you will get your mail.
Well, on a normal mail day (Friday) I have sent a letter from like the Plano, TX area at 5:00 pm and had it delivered to way far west Fort Worth by the next morning, so the mail service should be able to reach most of us at least in DFW by tomorrow. Let's keep our fingers crossed, but don't get upset if it's not there tomorrow 'cause it still could be the post office fault. :)
