TWU Spring 2020 Hopefuls?

Hey! I'm applying to TWU for Spring of 2020. It's super early, but apps are due this Summer. Anyone else applying? I'm super nervous and I'd love to hear what everyone is doing to prepare for the TEAS! Also if anyone knows how many points are considered competitive let me know!

turns out the OAP did receive everything, but they needed a passport copy apparently which I was unaware of. I never had to do that for any other school and im a citizen and a resident of texas! unfortunately, because of this I don't think ill even be considered for this application cycle. I will send them a fax just in case. Wishing everyone else good luck and hope yall get in!

I'm sorry to hear that! I'm not sure why they needed a copy of your passport, maybe for identification purposes? I didn't have to do that. I did have to keep up with what they needed by checking the to-do list on the Pioneer Portal, I never got an email or anything about what was missing

I’m so sorry to hear about the mix up. I know you were probably very excited but now you can take this extra semester to retake any classes or bring up any scores and be an even more competitive applicant. Best of luck to you as well!! Your time will come.

I was enrolled in the NW 2019 program but decided not to pursue it. If anyone needs any uniforms or lab coats, please email me at [email protected]. The uniforms still have tags on them, AND as a bonus the patches are also already on them so no need to buy them separately. I didn't get a chance to wear them ? If you or anyone you know could use them, email me!

hey guys, is there anyway to know if uthealth needs some documents from me, because they've been awfully quiet and i'm scared that i'm not eligible for consideration, at least twu gave me a confirmation that i'm eligible for consideration, but i've gotten nothing from uthealth.

As long as you don’t have anything under the “To-Do” tab, then you should be fine. But if it really concerns you then you can try calling their office and ask for a direct contact to see if they received everything.

lol, i just realized i posted this in the wrong place, but thanks. The only thing i have on my to do lists are my transcripts and that's bcos i have one more semester to finish.

Haha it’s okay. I think many of us have applied to very similar places too!

Since you have pending credits, it’s normal to see that still in your To-Do list. When I was still taking some prereqs an advisor had let me know I can disregard that, so you should be good!
