Hey! I'm applying to TWU for Spring of 2020. It's super early, but apps are due this Summer. Anyone else applying? I'm super nervous and I'd love to hear what everyone is doing to prepare for the TEAS! Also if anyone knows how many points are considered competitive let me know!

We haven't posted much on AllNurses for this application cycle, but we have been peeking at the posts just to make sure there's no misinformation or panic. (You all are doing a really fantastic job of helping each other and clarifying information. That's amazing. Nursing is about teamwork teamwork teamwork!)As you may have noticed, we've started processing applications. (Woo!)
Because applications are being processed by multiple people, we each have a chunk of the alphabet so that we don't stumble over each other as we work. If you haven't gotten an eligibility email, don't panic. The person processing your letter set may not have gotten to your last name.
Every applicant will get some kind of contact, be it an eligibility email or an ineligibility email (due to not meeting requirements, missing TEAS, ineligible GPA, etc.). If you do happen to get an ineligibility email, you have five business days from the date the email was sent to respond and correct any issues. No response after five business days makes your application ineligible.
All notifications will be sent to the email address you used to sign up for NursingCAS, so remember to check your email (especially spam/junk folder) each day. Please make sure that the address "donotreply@webadmit.org" is included on your email account's list of "safe senders" or else your email system might filter an important application email into your spam/junk folder.Take care and good luck!

Thank you so much!

It means the new cyle has begun. From the page you log in (where you type your ID and password), there is a whole paragraph on the left side stating about the cycle 2018-2019, and click "here" to access the old cycle. Then you can see your applications and their status
I just re-did my excel worksheet and I don't know if I did it wrong but it shows that my score is 30.... OMG!!! I really hope I did this wrong, if not it seems like I am NOT getting in! I have mostly A's, like 3 B's and 1 C. My TEAS scores were not great because I had to take the test last minute since I did not realize that for TWU, TEAS scores expire within one year. If not, my scores would have been AWESOME...I am already anxious for the waiting process but this just bummed me out!

Im not sure if its accurate but it would be plausible. I got all As and scored an 89% on TEAS and still only scored in low 50s? goodluck!

UGH! seriously, well that really sucks for me. You have a great score for low 50, especially for Houston so you should be good. I applied to other schools but UT is hard to know how they choose. Other than that I applied to Alvin, Wharton , HCC, but I would rather get my BSN. If not I am okay with doing ADN then bridge to BSN.

Unfortunately, I'm applying to Dallas and scores are super competitive so i may jave to bridge as well. The bachelor bump for others will always put me towards the bottom of the group so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the jc.
