Hey! I'm applying to TWU for Spring of 2020. It's super early, but apps are due this Summer. Anyone else applying? I'm super nervous and I'd love to hear what everyone is doing to prepare for the TEAS! Also if anyone knows how many points are considered competitive let me know!

Hey Elizabeth, i don't believe TWU has a time limit on their science courses, but i would call the admissions office just to double check. I'm not sure what PALS is, could you elaborate? When you ask above about TWUs CRNA application through NursingCAS, did you mean BSN application? They don't offer CRNA. And yes, the TEAS is required for the BSN application.

Oh I meant Texas Wesleyan not Texas Women’s. Now it makes sense!
Hello everyone!
I just recently took the TEAS for the first time and I ended up getting a 63.8 on the science portion. ? I saw that you have to get a 64 or higher on ALL sections of the exam. Do you think I can still submit a spring 2020 application? Or is it better to not even bother doing so?

Hello!!! Is it not possible for you to retake it before the deadline? There’s someone on this forum that is taking it about a week before and will have the scores in on time. Maybe you can look into that?

Hiiii @Diazs046. I think that is a great score. Do you know what your admissions score is and what campus It is you are applying to? I think those two factors strongly affect how seriously you should consider retaking it. But like I said I think that score is awesome.

Thanks i felt so good about it, until i read a forum where 93.4 was the average for a fall semester in dallas in 2018. Im applying to dallas and may try to retake it. Unfortunately the gpa excel sheet i found on twu website or that forum didnt calculate my gpas into admission score, but just with teas score im at 51.9. Do u happen to have a link for a working gpa sheet.? It really boils down to the pplicant pool. Ive seen as low as an 86% overall get into dallas within the last yr.

So I’m frantically running around trying to get my TWU application done. I was accepted to a CRNA program then got it resended bc my BSN was not regionally accredited. UGH So I’m trying to complete my application to TWU before the deadline. Anyone know...Does PALS have to be completed before the application deadline or is that something that I can do after? My chemistry course is older than 5 years, do I need to have it started this fall or can I take it next Spring? Thanks!!
