I know it's pretty early to be starting this forum, but I just wanted to put my voice out there and see if there is anyone else out there hoping to join TWU's nursing program in the spring of 2013? What are you taking this semester (spring 2012), and when are you taking the TEAS-V entrance exam?
After this spring semester of taking microbiology, chemistry, developmental psychology, and statistics, I'll be ready to apply before the September 1st deadline! I'm hoping to take the entrance exam in the summer - probably June or July.
So yeah, I just wanted to see who else was out there!
I just looked at mine and it says that also. I think it just means they accepted the application to the school and that we are designating nursing as our hopeful major. Mine was posted 6/6/12 - long before I applied to the program so I'm pretty sure that is all it is.
Is the TEAS computerized or is it fill in the bubble? I take mine on the 30th and hope the test is on the computer not the latter.
Mine was computerized...I think they pretty much all are. Maybe it depends on the particular site you take the test at, but I believe all PSI sites are computerized. Good luck on the TEAS!!
Hello, for those who have taken the TEAS V test, do they allow pen and paper for doing calculations or is it all mental math?? I know you cannot have calculators, but I wasn't sure about scratch paper. Thanks and good luck to all that are awaiting their test!

Yes, they do. They will hand you the scratch paper and the pencil though, you can't bring in your own. :) Good luck to you!

There are still spots open for Patho?? Oooh and I took my TEAS today. Eeek.
I'm so disheartened! I made a 75 on my TEAS V. I know it was due to lack of time in studying. There's nothing else I can do now but wait for November. I think I'm going to get myself a strong glass of wine now.
