Hey guys! I wanted to start a forum for us twu spring 2012 hopefuls!

About me

I have a 3.2, yikes! :sofahider, and after this summer it should come up to a 3.6 or 7 and I am studying my butt off for the teas and will only have 3 more classes after that to take. I have gotten into the university as the first step, but I am so worried about getting into the nursing program, fingers crossed

Someone needs to call admissions and tell them to hurry lol jk. I have no news either. I bet we will be in Nov when we find out anything.

Guys if we'va waited this long, 7 or even 15 days more won't be as bad. Be patient, confident and most important. Be POSITIVE . We all have great stats and surely we'll receive the good news.

Got myself all excited earlier-checked my email, and it said registration congratulations message as the subject of the first email on the list. I was happy momentarily until I saw the date was 8/18 and it was saying I had successfully registered for the class I am already in. I forgot last night that it went to the second page of messages instead of the first oh well, more waiting...

Cien is right.. if we have waited this long then we can wait a couple more weeks:) Trying to be patient. I should enjoy the time I have off because if we do all get accepted.. it will be one crazy two years:)

Can someone who knows something about the program tell me what my chances are? I have a 3.7, 1 A on first attempt, and an 84% on my TEAS. I feel good because the percentiles for my teas is 87%...but I wanted to know from someone who maybe knows what the avg score was for last year.

today is one of the worst days ever. even tho my twu transcript says i have 55 housrs, today i found out that only 43 of those are nursing core!, i only need 46 to apply, my philosophy credit i sent a few days after

Oh no Saraiish! Did they send you an email stating that? Are you applying to any other schools?

I could possibly place TWU as my first choice also. The big thing is my wife makes fun of me for applying at Texas WOMEN'S University, so I'll never hear the end of it for 2 years if I end up going there...

She's just jealous! I love being a male at TWU.

@saraiish does this mean you will not be considered for TWU!? That really honestly sucks. What awful news. but hey, this is why most of us applied for more than one school, right? To counter stuff like this. Well there's still UTH and I think you will get in there :)
