Hey guys! I wanted to start a forum for us twu spring 2012 hopefuls!

About me

I have a 3.2, yikes! :sofahider, and after this summer it should come up to a 3.6 or 7 and I am studying my butt off for the teas and will only have 3 more classes after that to take. I have gotten into the university as the first step, but I am so worried about getting into the nursing program, fingers crossed :uhoh3:

man im so impatient now, and the deadline isnt even up

As we said we are all hopefuls. So good luck everyone. Does anyone has an idea more or less of the average gpa or teas scores so far? :confused:

I'm already nervous and it's not Sept 1st yet, and for what I've read we'll have to wait until late october to hear from them. :eek:

HI ALL!!

I have been following this thread since I decided I wanted to be a nurse. I just got my TEAS V results today (85%) and I am hoping it is competitive. I have a 3.84 GPA no bump, A's in everything except B in Chem and B in A&P I. I am super nervous :uhoh3:!! Do I have a chance of getting in?

Maybe I am just looking for some affirmation, but waiting till 10/20 to find out is going to kill me!

I was reading last year thread and a lot of people who said that didn't have great scores on the teas but were over 64% got accepted. I assume they were in the 70s because almost everyone that had scores in the 80s posted them. I have 92 on teas and 3.8 gpa and I'm nervous too. I think no matter what our scores are it's part of the process to be nervous, but hopefully we'll get in. :cool:

Thanks @Cienfueguera! I too have read through all the previous threads! I noticed that this semesters thread isn't as busy. I wonder if less people are applying this term. Crossing my fingers and hoping WE GET IN!!

Hi Tina, I am taking patho at Dallas this semester as a time killer while I wait to hear whether or not I will get in. The wait is horrible!! I am so nervous :{ I have a 3.94, A's in my sciences, and scored a 94 on the TEAS, but nothing is guaranteed until we receive that letter. I hate waiting!!

I hope they get to us sooner than in October! I have already been accepted to one program...but TWU is my first choice. Fingers crossed :)
