TWU - Houston - Fall 2012

Hey guys! I don't know what happened to the last thread but I wanted to create a new one! Anyone out there applying for Fall 2012 to the Houston campus? I'm super excited and have all my stuff taken care of minus my Fall 2011 transcripts! I wish everyone the best of luck and hope we all get in!

Haha that's what it says on my transfer scholarship too! Hopefully we'll both get it!..and yeah I hope it will let us know on there. I've been checking that page a LOT.

Like six or seven, and then I applied for FAFSA of course. I need them soo bad! What about you?

Has anyone had success going to the campus and talking to them? I get letters from acceptance into TWU, but when I tried to apply for the actual nursing school I was too late. Any suggestions? Has anyone been accepted yet?

It sounds like you just got accepted to TWU itself. You then had to apply to the CON by the February 1st deadline. When did you try to apply for the CON? It now sounds like you have to wait and apply for the Spring 2013. Did you apply to any other schools for Fall? I am so sorry if this really is the case.

Ugh I know! And April seems so far away. I check my email like five times a day, I need to chill out lol. I will let you guys know as soon as I get something.

Hey, I got that same email asking if I was core complete.

Question: Do they send an e-mail of acceptance? or an actual letter? and when you guys say that you check the website everyday.. do you mean that you check the e-mail everyday?

they send an email of acceptance and then a packet if you are accepted. still waiting... ugh...

I think that they send out letters to tell you whether or not you got in. Not via e-mail. That's what the web site says. Only things regarding your application will be done through e-mail.

@mssweeney: They tell you to check your email every day just in case they have any questions about your application. And I think some of the other guys are checking to see if they got any scholarships.
