  1. I got my rejection letter the other day. I think I got rejected because I took the HESI more than the alloted 2 times. They are really serious about this. I called earlier in January and they said that they could not use my most recent scores. The woman I spoke to even said that because I took it too many times I can never apply again (for the BSN). I took her seriously until I saw that I had a green circle for all complete (instead of still having my HESI scores on the to do list). I thought that she was wrong and that they had accepted them. Well, now I know that she was serious. Don't shoot yourself in the foot like I did!
  2. Hi guys! I too think that it is too early for us to give up hope. I think that we should give them a while to get things sorted out. (I am writing with a blazing headache so forgive me if I don't make much sense.) Let's just wait. I know that we are all soo tired of waiting, but it seems to be our lot. Chin up and have patience (I am told that I am getting my Ph.D. in both waiting and having patience). Keep the faith!
  3. And I quote,"The system is currently offline for scheduled maintenance." That's good. It gives me a break from checking. And congratulations to all those with that coveted green check!
  4. Is anyone else having problems with their myUTH? I can't get it to work right.
  5. @liilou- I'm curious about your holds. What do you mean that you had 2 holds the whole time? The entire application period or just at the end?
  6. Who knows how they're doing things. I just got my eval about 2 weeks ago and my holds have already changed. It's all speculation at this point. I think we all have a chance! Fingers crossed for us all.
  7. Ok, my MyUTH is down again.
  8. So what does that mean? That everyone should have some kind of hold? That's kind of confusing. I guess all that we can do now is wait for the letters. Thanks for calling, oh brave one!
  9. That's not a silly question at all! I think that it's a very good one. I haven't called...I think that I'm afraid of what the answer will be. So, has any brave soul called?
  10. I think that nursing schools like for their applicants to feel like the whole process is a mystery. They like keeping us on our toes, biting our nails, and pulling out our hair. And I think that we add to the stress by trying to figure out their system. It won't keep me from trying, though!
  11. I don't know if they are going by alphabetical order because my last name starts with an F. This is all so frustrating and confusing!
  12. Does anyone know how long it took for past applicants to find out if they got in after their holds changed?
  13. I just clicked on the links and they were both for CPR certification. I don't know why they would put it twice. Maybe it's just them getting used to the new system. (I am so excited right now that I can't type! My hands are shaking so much!) I'm trying not to get excited but it's too late!
  14. Hi guys! I just checked my MyUTH and I now have 3 holds. The Immunization and Health Form and 2 Nursing Admissions Holds. I sure hope that it's a good sign, but at this point who knows. Anyone else find hold changes?
  15. Are they telling us if we were rejected there, too? Or is it only if you were accepted?
