Hello, my name's Tien and I'm going to apply for TWU Houston Fall 14'. I noticed there's a topic for Dallas but none for Houston so I'm starting this one, hoping it will be a place for us hopeful applicants to come and share information.

BTW, my stats are: GPA 3.892, TEAS V 85.3%, 2/4 first attempt, and previous BA in Business. I'm scared b/c of my "1st attempt" since I see most that got in have 3 or 4/4 ...

The website states that acceptance letters for the fall are generally sent out in April.

One of my friends that got into the program last fall said she got the acceptance email mid March. Hopefully we hear something this month!

3.78 pre-req GPA

4.0 Science GPA

3/4 first attempts

Previous degree (BBA International Business)

77% on TEAS

Call the nursing department in Houston and ask. I did because I couldn't remember selecting one or the other on the application. They were able to tell me right away!

I just read an email from TWU and it was an email FORM THE FOURTH OF MARCH im upset and devastated, I should've check my email frequently as I used to. It was about saying I will be core complete and I am.

[COLOR=black]Please know that your statement is a contract between you and the College of Nursing. Should you be admitted to the nursing program, but not core complete by the beginning of the fall semester 2014, you will be removed from the nursing program."
