Hi everybody!!! I just wanted to see if a previous thread for TWU Fall 2015 has been started,if not I wanted to start one. Is there anybody else planning to apply for this program? Also where is everybody at with TEAS testing and pre reqs??Any feedback is appreciated!!!

Im taking Patho at the Denton campus with Mrs. Malik. I dropped out of Mrs.McArthur's last semester. Mrs.Malik is very nice and she explains everything in full detail. We also have a total of 10 quizzes throughout the semester which helps alot! She also speaks slower than Mrs. McArthur :D

Hey guys! I was watching this thread a while ago (before the app deadline) and couldn't believe no one was posting. I just decided to check back and was excited to see some activity. I also applied for the fall semester to the Dallas campus.

GPA 4.0

TEAS 88.7 overall

no previos degree and no TWU preference

I'm also in Patho with McArthur in Dallas this semester. I swear studying for this class is ALLLLL I do!

Hey everyone! I'm new to this website so I may be doing this wrong... But under "Admission Status" on my TWU portal it says "Academic Program" and under that it says the nursentry.bs with the status of "accepted."

What does that mean? It can't mean accepted into the program right? So confused, help!

Good question....I'm guessing that means accepted to TWU but who knows? Maybe someone else can answer. Good luck!

That would be awesome, but I really don't think that's possible... it's too soon.. Do you or anyone know what I'm talking about in regards to the twu portal? If so, what does yours say?!

Are you talking about Pioneer Portal? If so where in it? In the applicant section or the students section?

And I think it means that you're accepted into the school, not the program...yet:)!!! But I could be wrong.

Mine says the exact same thing. That is just talking about admission to the school, not the College of Nursing. Hopefully, we get a response in 3 weeks from the CON. I will say as much as I hate Patho these days, I'm grateful for it too because I have something to focus on during this wait time.

If y'all are transfer students, it's most likely your admission to TWU!

We won't get acceptances to the nursing school for about another 4 weeks or so!

Hey yall! Glad to find this thread! Stats are:

GPA: 3.4

TEAS: 82

previous BA

not crazy hopeful that'll I will get in since my GPA is lower but who knows :) I applied to the weekend program but will do the traditional program if accepted to it instead. So glad they consider you for both! The advisor told me this week that they intend to send out the weekend acceptance emails by the end of February!!! Maybe that means there's hardly any applicants?!?
