  1. I've been waiting on someone to say something about a FB page but so far only El Centro students have one. I don't know how to make one í ½í¹„
  2. If you find a group for Northlake campus, will you let me know? Congratulations í ¾í´—í ¾í´—í ½í¸
  3. Me either. I followed this thread but never commented because I was doubtful about making it in the program. I'm very excited and don't worry tomorrow is Monday and those letters are coming!!!
  4. I'm sorry honestly, I don't know how many points I had. My TWU transcript was never updated into the my portal.
  5. Thank you so much for this. I got accepted into El Centro's Northlake campus and Im more ready and determined than ever!
  6. My son came running in to give me the mail as I was preparing things for his party, I see the letter on top is from El Centro and I immediately dropped everything to open it. My parents and kids were all standing behind me looking at me crazy I opened it, screamed and cried! I got accepted into the Northlake campus You guys can't imagine how happy and blessed I felt. I failed TWU's RN program and to be given this opportunity by El Centro is a true blessing from God. Good luck to all of you!
  7. Thank you all for the input! I'm definitely going to keep pushing forward, I have 2 kids that look up to me and I want to show them giving up should never be an option!
  8. My grades were Pharmacology 71 Assessments 70.5 I already sent some e-mails to other community colleges but I'm really hoping UTA can take me in.
  9. Very devastating when you open up your final grades and realize you have failed your maximum 2 course failure which means you are going bye-bye! Testing in nursing school is nothing related to general testing like A&P or Micro. I learned their ways, I mastered nursing school tests, but it was too late! My first 2 test grades in these 2 courses were terrible! But my last 2 were awesome, unfortunately not awesome enough when final grades were added! This threw my self-esteem, self-confidence, self-everything out the window! It sucks! Especially when I have 2 kids, including a 6 year-old who was so proud of her mom being in nursing school she made sure the whole world knew about it! ENOUGH! Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on applying to other places? Being the first one in the entire family to go to a university really puts a blindfold on me! Anyone who ever became an RN after failing nursing school?
  10. Congrats! I'm a J1 already trying to prepare for NCLEX, could you please share your notes [email protected]
  11. Could I also get the info your friend sent you. Please [email protected]
  12. Best e-mail I've ever received!!! I got accepted into TWU Dallas!!!!!!!
  13. I'm just glad she got rid of 3 chapters and made our 4th quiz online! I was really freaking out about having to read chapters on my own for the test!
  14. Yes I am in her 9:30 class.
  15. Im taking Patho at the Denton campus with Mrs. Malik. I dropped out of Mrs.McArthur's last semester. Mrs.Malik is very nice and she explains everything in full detail. We also have a total of 10 quizzes throughout the semester which helps alot! She also speaks slower than Mrs. McArthur
