Hi everybody!!! I just wanted to see if a previous thread for TWU Fall 2015 has been started,if not I wanted to start one. Is there anybody else planning to apply for this program? Also where is everybody at with TEAS testing and pre reqs??Any feedback is appreciated!!!

I asked this exact question to the advisor like a week before the fall deadline. She said although the TWU bump is still in effect, they don't add on to their GPA anymore, it is just extra points towards their application. Like how they add pts for having a previous bachelors degree. I don't know how many though.

I have a previous degree

My prerequisite GPA is 4.0 (if I am doing it correctly on the spreadsheet on the website)

I scored an 86.7 on the TEAS

Is anybody here currently taking pathophysiology at Dallas campus w/ Mrs. MacArthur? I am currently in it, but I feel like mostly everybody is already in the program.

I'm taking that wonderful class! :***: It does seem like everyone knows each other and/or is already in the program. I can't imagine taking that class in the first semester of nursing school. Seems like a horrible idea, but I also am working.

Awesome! Someone who is on the same boat as me. I am working part time, but somehow I feel like I still cant manage to read the chapters 3xs as she suggests to catch all the small detail! Hope this next exam goes well.

I know!! I didn't study like I should have for the first test. We had family in town staying with us, which didn't help at all either. I've been trying to read and take notes, but it's a lot of info. It was nice of her to add another chapter to this next test í ½í¸‰

I didn't either, honestly, I just procrastinated because of the MLK day we had off. Thank God for that curve though. I just don't know what exactly to focus on since there is little detail from everywhere in the chapters. & Oh yeah! Tell me about it!
