TWU FALL 2015

Hi everybody!!! I just wanted to see if a previous thread for TWU Fall 2015 has been started,if not I wanted to start one. Is there anybody else planning to apply for this program? Also where is everybody at with TEAS testing and pre reqs??Any feedback is appreciated!!!

I agree I am so glad I'm getting it out of way now!!! No wonder the class did bad...most have a full load. I did great but I'm only taking two classes and only work part-time. Good luck on exam 2 :)

yes of course, I read the study guides(thoroughly) given by the tutor first then I looked up points that I needed further explanation. Finally I made flash cards and memorized facts about all concepts from study guides. Everything on the exam can be found in the study guides. One thing though...the exam tries to trick you by wording the answers so that two answers sound possible. I got several wrong because of this so next time I will be more aware of this.

Thank you. I am trying the flashcard method this time around and definitely reading the sections from the study guide in the book thoroughly. Hope it goes better this time for me :)

Are we able to take patho before we're even accepted into the nursing program? Or would I only be able to register for the class after acceptance?

Hey everybody! Just wanted to know. Is anyone that's applying currently a CNA, MA, Phlebotomy tech. or anything like that?

@BSN.NProgress You can take that class before being accepted into the Nursing program. I wasn't aware of that until it was too late, so I guess I'll have a bigger work load that first semester.

The adviser suggest to me that I go ahead and take Patho before. I believe it is available in the Summer as well. I'd suggest taking it before for sure! :dead:

I'm currently a unit secretary and PCT at one of the hospitals :)
