Do you guys think it's okay if I put the number grades rather than the letter grades shown in the official transcript? I was unaware of it when I was entering my transcript entry. But the CAS grades are still under letters.

Hey guys!
So I took my first TEAS back in October and had recorded that score under Academic History when I applied to UTMB. I forgot to update that information for my TWU when I took my second TEAS but my TEAS score report under Program Materials has my updated score. Do y'all know if that will cause any discrepancy? My application pdf under "Check Status" only shows my first score. Thanks!

I think you should contact NursingCAS to ask for help. They're really helpful

Does anybody receive the text message from TWU about the Orientation Registration? I received it 2 days ago, they said contacting TWU by email to register for the orientation. Did you guys register for it yet?

Is that for general admission or nursing orientation? The school shouldn't have released any info about fall cohorts until end of April. No?

Hmm I have no idea. Maybe it's the general orientation since I'm transfer student? IDK but it's the text message I received

I believe that's general, not for the nursing program since you're a transfer. I received something similar shortly after being accepted to TWU. TWU nursing is currently going through our applications, so nothing would be sent out for a nursing orientation yet. I received an email from TWU nursing yesterday asking clarification and extra documents on my TEAS attempts before they continue to process my application so it's happening y'all! We should be getting email soon confirming we are eligible for consideration :)) then hopefully early April we will find out instead of late April haha??

Megan, I received an email as well, due to a missing transcript at TWU (that I sent in a little late but called the school and it is there). Just curious if you replied to their email and got a response? I haven't gotten a response yet. I know they are busy, but I am freaking out a little because the email stated that missing transcript made my application ineligible for consideration. Hoping to get it all cleared up but its nerve racking in the mean time!

Were we required to send in our TWU transcript to TWU? I did but it seemed redundant at the time. We I have corresponded with them via email there's been a 2 day wait for a response. That was before everyone submitted their apps too so I'm sure they're juggling a lot right now. I wouldn't worry too hard!!

No, I am a transfer student, I am referring to my Tarrant County College transcript with all the coursework I completed in Fall of 2022 (Chem and AP2 eek). I sent it in initially when I applied to the school last year. Sending in my updated one slipped my mind so I sent it on January 30th, kinda last minute. Just hoping they'll still accept it even though it reached the school on February 6th.
