TWU Fall 2020 Applicants

Hey there. I plan on applying to TWUs N&W program in February for the Fall 2020 start. I just took my TEAS test today, my score was:

Overall: 85.3%

Reading: 87.2%

Math: 96.9%

Science: 74.5%

English: 83.3%

I'm not happy with my science score, but I also haven't taken A&P II or Chemistry yet, just A&P I. I plan on retaking the TEAS in December.

I have a 3.85 science core GPA (one B in A&P I) and 3.81 prereq GPA. that gives me a 45.56 admission score, which probably won't cut it. I can't retake A&P I in time, so my only hope is a higher TEAS score.

Who else is applying for Fall 2020? Are you applying to Houston, Dallas Traditional, or Dallas N&W?

I emailed an advisor at TWU Dallas nursing school and he says there’s another wave of letters next week

Well I still haven’t heard anything yet either. So I’ll just wait and see

I see some people got rejections... I guess it's a good thing we haven't? Or does that not mean anything

My guess is that means you could still receive an acceptance after some decline offers? Either way I think theres still hope!

Scroll to the bottom under "Houston Center" click the prerequisite advising worksheet and fill it out, there's instructions on how to do it in that paragraph as well.

Does anybody has information about the night & weekend program ? How the class schedules look like ? A website link for the list of text books and other materials etc etc???

Does anybody know if anyone who did NOT got to TWU for their nursing prerequisites (so they didn’t get TWU preference) has gotten accepted into the Fall 2020 program?????

Do they accept Pharm & Patho from DCCCD? I know UTA will.
