Tvcc 2011 applicants- any status emails yet

Has anyone who applied to TVCC 2011 ADN program received an email or letter confirming your status yet?

I read on the website that this is a part of the process once you submit your application. I'm just wondering if they still send out status letters/emails.

Belli...I confirmed the new deadline with the school and was also told that any classes completed by Jan. 31st will still count for points. Apps. in by the new deadline and updated scripts by the old.

do anyone know about how many questions are on the hesi test for each section.. and is there a conversion chart available?

i went to tvcc this week to talk to ballom and tried to get a feel for the nursing students i saw..although they seemed happy they wasnt to open to giving advice about the school. what a bummer :(

Faith there are about 56 questions in each section if I recall correctly.

Study your us conversions for liter,pound,ounce etc.

Know your ratios all kinds of ways! Common correct grammer usage is tested(easy).

Reading was a bit tricky but I took my time and got a 95 after all.

I used a study book for Hesi and I purchased the one on the Evolve website for $20 bucks.

There is no conversion chart on the test.

yahh i passed the hesi today i had a 92 overall score. i scored over 90 in everything but reading implication-86.4

i passed that now all i have to do is wait to apply hopefully having 11 points i make it in for 2012

the countdown begins :)

Congrats to all that got in the TVCC ADN program this year. I will be starting lvl 3 this fall and Im super excited to have made it though the first two lvls.

It was funny reading all yalls posts about being nervous and waiting for that acceptance letter! I remember the feeling... :)

Anyways.. just wanted to say Good LUCK!!!
