transfer from one VA to another out of state

any lpns or rns recently leave/transfer to another VA within their state or out of state?  is it impossible?   I really don't want to stay at one VA forever if I hate it

We have 2 RN's that recently transferred in from other states. It takes a while cause..well it is the VA.....

One of the perks for working at the VA is the ability to any VA around the US.   I have worked for the VA for 3 years and know of 2 nurses that have transferred down state to other VAs and a CNA that came to us from another VA   I have see service chiefs come from other VAs to us and at least one service chief move to another VA to be a nurse executive.

Nope, not impossible but it will take some time because it's the VA.
