How long do you have to be in VA before you cn transfer to another VA?

Me too, I was asked to do the ICD before the interview. I had an interview a week ago but I haven’t heard anything yet. My ICD is still in progress just waiting for my school credentials. My recruiter said that they can’t move any further without the ICD.

I have a tentative offer with VA and I’m asked to accept it. If I accept it and I changed my mind, can I still turn it down?

I’m just wondering too because I was asked to do the credentialing with ICD (International Consultants of Delaware) as I’m a foreign graduate before my interview.
