I handed in my application to someone in their office and she told me that d suplmentary documents(i believe so) are due on sept 2. @bsn-hope, if i were in ur shoes, i would pay the money bcos u rather loose the money than regret not paying it if u re accepted.

@afowler77, just to help clarify, in one of the emails from Towson regarding the materials I hadn't turned in yet (TEAS at the time), they mentioned all materials that accompany the actual application packet were to be sent by (or postmarked) September 2nd. Here is the exact words from the email:

"Missing application materials must be postmarked by Tuesday, September 2, 2014 in order to be reviewed for the spring 2015 nursing program. This is a final deadline and application materials will not be accepted after this date."

Also, I wonder why the Towson application was pushed back to September? What could be holding them up?

Ah, yeah, I just got that email this week, because my professors are behind on sending their references.

I think it's odd that the TU application still is not available. It's due October 15! Let's hope we can access it next week.

Sent in my enrollment fee, now to endure the grueling wait. Thanks for the push you guys! Btw I haven't received any emails at all. I don't know if that means there wasn't any missing information in my application packet or if it means that they never received my application packet and I don't even exist to them ? So I'm going to call to check.

I have to say I'm not fond of there being no way to check online to make sure the received my materials. The email I got said only my teacher recommendations were missing. I guess that means they got my TEAS and school transcripts. I know they cashed my check!

I had emailed my teachers in late July, but they only got to my recommendations last week! I hope Towson has them.

I know schools really don't want to be contacted by applicants, but there's no other way to confirm that the application is complete.

I couldn't agree more! I just spoke to Brooke to see if they received everything from me since I haven't gotten any emails. She said since I submitted everything early I got an email August 7th to my gmail..... except when I checked my Gmail after I hung up there was no email on August 7th. So now my new concern is that I think they got my email wrong. Smh.

Yeah I'm with you guys. I asked one of the admissions people if they got all my materials about a week ago and she said they didn't have my TEAS requirement, whereas in an email I sent to Brooke a week or so beforehand, she responded that they did! I can see they are just a bit disorganized, but I don't doubt that when they review every applicant they make sure they go through everything to ensure that it is complete. Brooke probably holds on to all the TEAS materials in her office until a certain time, which is probably why the other admissions woman didn't see it in my application.

I got an email from Towson today, to tell me my application is complete. All I have to do is pass Nutrition and apply to TU. I'm so relieved that all my materials made it to them!
