To anyone who got an invitation for the open house! What exactly does this mean? Have they already filled all new grad positions?

I just got an invitation as well. I'm assuming they already filled all the new grad positions and are looking for candidate for next cohort.

Thanks AdventureNurse! Their website says the next cohort starts Fall 2020? Do you know if there will be interviews? or will they just be showing us around?

Just spoke with someone from their HR department, she said that they have not yet filled positions for the Feb 2020 cohort and that this open house is the first step in their hiring process... If selected after the open house, they will then invite you for department panel interviews. We will be meeting with managers from various units and recruiters.
